Domestic Bathroom Updates

This Domestic project involved the Strip out and refurbishment of two en-suites. One attached to the master bedroom and one attached to the guest room. The Master was to have a P Shaped bath fitted with an Aqualisa digital shower and a close-coupled toilet system with matching basin. The Guest en-suite was to have an Aqualisa digital shower fitted to a low level walk in shower tray and again a closed-coupled toilet system with matching basin. All Materials were supplied by the customer. In the past there had been a major problem with leaking water in the master en-suite and our client required the downstairs ceiling to be repaired as well as the walls in the en-suite. Both the digital shower units were installed under the master bath for access and two 13amp switched fused spurs were installed outside each room.  The master en-suite floor was tiled and the guest en-suite was laid with Lino. Both en-suites had their walls tiled and the remaining walls were painted.
